Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can request a return once the product is delivered, as per our Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once the cancellation request is approved.

Currently, we do not allow modifications of address or items once the order is placed. You may need to cancel (if eligible) and reorder with updated details.

At present, we deliver only within India. International shipping is not available.

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

If a delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery by contacting our team.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
