To request a cancellation, please contact us through email. If your order qualifies for cancellation, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within five to seven business days.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible at that stage. However, once you receive the package, you may request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
At present, we do not provide the option to modify an order once it has been placed. This includes changes to items or delivery addresses. If you need to make adjustments, you will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
